Our Beachcomber family is passionate, knowledgeable and friendly. We have nine full time members and about 10 seasonal employees each specializing in a variety of different areas such as sales, technical service, water care, customer support and installation.
Seaway Pools and Hot Tubs was founded in 1981 by Jan and Gary Walters. Seaway offers service, installation and water care of swimming pools and hot tubs and have been an exclusive Beachcomber dealer since 1990. In recent years, a second location in Newmarket Ontario has opened. Along with he help of their son Craig, Jan and Gary Walters continue to operate both store locations. Our focus is on building lasting relationships with our customers and to continually improve our knowledge and processes. We are an active member of our community and give back as much as we can through charity work and donations.
Besides the fact that Beachcomber engineers and manufactures a superior Canadian made product, we also saw similarities in the values and principles between Beachcomber as a company and ourselves. Beachcomber just fit. Keith and his team have been a great source of industry knowledge and a sound support system throughout our 17 years. The decision we made many many years ago to sell Beachcomber Hot Tubs and water care has been reinforced time and time again. We look forward to another 17 years!
